Refund policy

• Eligible for return within 365 days (Product Warranty) of purchase.

• You can request a refund, exchange, or store credit.

• Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging. Opened or used items will not be accepted or refunded.

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent

 

The following items are non-refundable:

• Opened or used products (unless defective/damaged).

• Clearance or final-sale items.

• Gift cards and digital products.

 
Refund Process:
1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

2. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

 
How to Start a Return

2. Follow the instructions provided to complete your return.
